Please update your browser if your version is not listed. If you encounter any issues using our shop with a supported browser, let us know at info@dheust.com.

Payment Methods
All prices are in USD. We accept only Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Sales
None of our products will ever go on sale.

Privacy
Under no circumstances will your personal information be shared or sold to third parties.

Shipping & Taxes
Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or duties. The recipient is responsible for all duties/taxes, which are not included in the product price or shipping/handling charges on our website. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. It’s strongly recommended to check with your local agency for an estimate of these fees before placing your order. Customs policies vary by country.

All products are delivered with a confirmation number via UPS or FEDEX, worldwide. Orders are shipped from Portland, Oregon as soon as possible after we receive payment. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays, and shipping typically takes 3-5 days.

Returns, Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective. If you receive a damaged item, please email us a picture clearly showing the defect within 5 business days of delivery. We will determine if you’re eligible for an exchange and respond within 48 business hours with a return confirmation number. The item must be unworn with all original tags. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or duty fees. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will process the exchange and send you a confirmation email once the replacement item is shipped. No changes can be made to an order once it has been placed and processed.

Orders cannot be canceled. If we are forced to refund a canceled order or item for any reason, we will retain processing fees of at least 60%.
